Order enquiries

THCHome records an order after its secure server returns an order reference. An order reference does not collect card-payment credentials, and payment, delivery, dispatch, refunds, replacements and store credit are handled through the verified order-support process.

Before payment or fulfilment

Before any payment or fulfilment arrangement is accepted, the applicable refund and replacement terms must be provided through a verified contact channel. This page will be updated with the full terms, including how lost parcels, faulty products and returns are handled.

Payments made elsewhere

THCHome cannot refund or replace anything purchased through third parties or impersonators. If someone has taken payment claiming to be THCHome, see the scam alert page and contact your payment provider.
