Basket and Checkout

THCHome uses local browser storage to preserve a cart on the device currently in use. When you submit an order, the name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, selected items, delivery preference and payment preference entered in the form are sent to the THCHome server.

Information We Do Not Collect

Do not enter wallet addresses, private keys, seed phrases or bank credentials through THCHome. THCHome never asks for those credentials in checkout or support chat.

Order and Support Data

When the secure order or live-support service is available, orders and support conversations are stored on the hosting server so the support team can process payment, delivery and customer-service requests. Support messages may include an optional image or PDF attachment. If an email address is supplied, order and support notifications are sent through the configured support mailboxes; replying to a support email can append that reply to the same support conversation.

Access and Service Availability

Order records, chat sessions and private service configuration are kept outside publicly accessible website paths or protected from direct web access. The support operator panel requires authentication. The site displays an error and does not submit a new order or support message when its secure server service is unavailable.

Contact and Retention

Before the live order or support service is enabled, the site operator must publish a verified support contact and the applicable data-retention information. Do not use the service for urgent matters or for information that should not be sent by email.

Cookies

The site uses local browser storage for the basket and for the support-chat session identifier on the device currently in use. These are used to preserve the current browsing session and are not payment processing.
